SHIPPING

We know you’re just as excited to receive your order as we are! All items are shipped via UPS and USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Wallpaper orders are custom to each client and require 3-4 weeks for production. In stock prints and swatches ship within 1-2 business days.

In a rush? We can rush ship most items, but contact us first for availability at hello@kristenleighstudio.com .

RETURNS

We believe in making beautiful products that you’ll love in your home for years to come. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@kristenleighstudio.com so we can work with you to make it right.

Please note that all wallpaper and fabric is made-to-order, and therefore all wallpaper and fabric sales are final. We suggest ordering swatches before placing your final order to avoid any confusion. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color are natural. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you.

We believe in the high quality of our products and are confident you’ll love them, but if you happen to find a production flaw please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

CUSTOM

ORDERS

We would love to work with you on a custom order for your project! If you see a pattern you love but need it in a different colorway to match your space, we can help. Custom color matching is available for all wallpaper and fabrics. Please e-mail us to tell us more about your project, and we will work with our production partners on a lead-time and quote for your project.
